Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dune London purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and all returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your footwear or accessories back into their original packaging and ensure the outer shipping box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
